Appreciate any help if possible...

I'm playing the game on Xbox series X and I've been playing this game since launch and I unfortunately still haven't a clue how to trade... It's really making me loss my mind because I'm level 74 Stormweaver and I can seem to get any lucky drops 😞 I've just got the Erian's Cobbled Guarded Helm and not sure wether it's worth using or not 🤔 I'll even pay someone to teach me how to trade in exchange for the helm... Appreciate any replies thanx Dean...
