Help me price my high roll, tri res, dual damage ring please!

Best item I've crafted from scratch so far:



There are about four or five similar rings currently for sale, but only if I change these parameters:

- I lower the res cap on one or more of the resistances
- I only input one type of damage (lightning or fire)

They seem to be going for approx. 20 div, but they are all on subjectively worse bases (Unset Ring, Lazuli, etc). Yes, I know there are exceptions with builds which do benefit more from one of those other types of rings.

Are there any common builds which would benefit from both the increased lightning damage AND increased fire damage? I suppose that's what would make all the difference.

Any input or suggestions much appreciated.
