Lag/Stuttering

Is anyone else experiencing lagging and stuttering while playing. I’ve tried different graphic settings but still haven’t figured it out. Is there anything else I can try to improve the performance?

no, poe2 on console is just unplayable

GGG Sold us all a game that dont run on console

Sometimes the lagging and stuttering can start.

Mostly because of connections from your Internet to the Server you chosen.
You must leave the game, and manually switch the Server

in Europe we got

Paris,
London,
Frankfurt,
Amsterdam,
a.s.o

Some cant play Amsterdam, some cant play Frankfurt a.s.o

u Must test for yourself, which server fits your internetprovider Connection.
Maybe Try Google DND in your Settings. This sometimes helps.

For person that want to Tell, that they can switch Server.

- You must change server and save
- Than the game needs roughly 15 Min to reset your Hideout. So do something else and than lock in. After that the Hideout should be on the new server.
- A oppened map, could never switch server, you need to do a new map after switchting server ( or new instance when your are levelin )

2. Primetime and some servers.

When most players logging in, the server can start to become instable, and you feel a performance change. Here now , you also got the option to switch server.
Btw. I am in Europe and can play Texas with good MS and FPS, without problems.
This is an opiton too.

3. GGG is doing live work in the Background.

That can also causes issues while playing - and thats the only thing, i wish they would adress differently. I think we need a ingame Message, while logging in, when they are working in the Background. So we got information and can Decide, what conntent we are willing to risk, with lagging server.

Also one month into the game and nothing about optimization was mentioned while they sell this as a console game.
