Add a button combination for hide/show all items on console

This is desperately needed. Pc players have this. Loot filter will help but we still need a way to hide/show all items. For one just to see during a fight. And also when there are too many items on the screen and they start dragging you can no longer pick them up. We need the hide/show all function to reshuffle the items back to their correct positions so we can pick them up!

Yes please! Item filters will help but loot dragging/snapping will still be an issue until we get the same functionality that we have in PoE1.
