Charms need change

I love them and I love the concept of it, but they feel underwhelming and useless.

I'm in the maps and still only have 1 socket for charms I feel I should have naturally unlocked more sockets at this point, also they need to make a bigger change, maybe rare and unique charms would be nice?

Feels like the number of charm slots should be based on just the item level of the belt instead of hoping for a prefix roll on the belt.

Charms are useless. GGG more or less stated they are broken on the livestream today. I'm hoping that after they fix them that they actually become useful - assuming we can get a belt with 3 charm slots.
