Issue with Cosmetic Purchases in Path of Exile

I would like to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while trying to purchase cosmetic skins in Path of Exile. Recently, I discovered that the option to purchase skins was not directly visible in the in-game shop. After some exploration, I found that using the search function allowed me to locate the skins. However, this workaround has led to an unfortunate situation where I accidentally purchased the same skin multiple times. I have already sent an email requesting a refund for the duplicate purchases, but I have not received a response yet. I understand that your team is busy, but I wanted to raise this issue in the hopes of getting some assistance and also to alert you to a potential problem in the user experience. It would be greatly appreciated if you could look into this matter and possibly provide a clearer purchasing process for cosmetic items in the future. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
