Bleed and the lack of "a death of a thousand cuts"

The Bleed nodes on the tree always call out to me, but as much as I'd like to play with them, the entire "only the biggest source gets to do damage" thing makes me give it a big pass.

The nodes in the tree are all a low % chance to proc, which doesn't go well with the big damage attacks, as those tend to be slow. For a slow hit, you want a very high chance. And you'll want to make multiple of those nodes to make it apply consistently, but consist bleed application means you're wasting most of the bleed.

Bleed should really be changed so that we can stack a multitude of small bleeds on something. For the big hit, there's poison. There it makes more sense that the strongest poison is what kills you. But for bleed, give us the ability to inflict that thousand-cut death.
