Fix for Network Disconnects and High MS Issues in PoE2

Hello, fellow players!

I wanted to share a solution for an issue I've been experiencing with PoE2. My MS would spike to 10k+ and the game would disconnect, causing my PC to lose internet connection. This has been going on for a while, and I couldn't pinpoint the cause at first.

Then, I remembered that when I first played the game, I didn't encounter this issue. The only notable change I made was switching the upscale mode to Nvidia DLSS. After switching it back to NIS (Default), the network spikes and disconnects were gone.

Another way I resolved the issue was by upgrading to Windows 11. That temporarily fixed the network disconnects, but it introduced a new problem: my PC would lock up and I'd have to perform a hard reset. I then reverted back to Windows 10, changed the upscale mode back to NIS (Default), and the network spikes and disconnects have not returned.

-Update: After running a few maps, the issue has returned.

I am having the same exact problem, not sure how to correct this.

Don't know what's the issue, but I guess something with GGG servers, cause every patch or minor fix it gets back. Stays for a day or two and then gone again. Can't find a way around this :(

I have the same thing for a few days now, it's a tragedy, I've changed everything, I've checked everything and I don't know how to fix it, please take care of it

I have the same issue its so frustrating i cant play since a few days it seems to be always happening everday at prime time i tried many changes and nothing has been working for me... please help

Funny what people come up with just to try to deal with the mess we are dealing with right now.

Maybe it is JUST a SERVER RELATED ISSUE?

For Example.

1. Running EU Servers not at prime time 01:00-12:00 during the week works fine.
2. Switchting to NA Server Washington DC when things get messy at EU Servers works fine.

So no Sir, i am pretty confident that one is on GGG messing things up again for some like me and others.
