Feedback and suggestions after playing up to T15 maps

Hi,
I've put together a list below with things I've found to be not on par with expectation and frustrating to use, together with my suggestions, based on my experience playing a hybrid Infernalist up to T15 maps.
I'm listing them in no particular order or importance. I hope this can help make the game more pleasant and less frustrating to play for everyone, especially for newer players and more casual players.

1. Visibility of Energy Shield pool with hybrid builds is very poor.
Issue: when using both Life and Energy Shield, especially when you rely more on the ES than HP. This can lead to unexpected deaths when you just don't notice you've ran out of ES.
Suggestion: Make the ES pool much more visibile, especially when ES > HP, like in PoE1. For example: If HP=1000 & ES=5000, make the ES visually cover almost all HP ball to indicate this ratio.

2. Game runs poorly on decent hardware
Issue1: The graphic engine seem to run way slower than expected on a good PC (RTX 4070 / i5-10600K)
Issue2: Upscaling technologies (including DLSS) seem to not have any effect on improving performance, not even on the lower settings.
Issue3: The FPS in towns is atrocious, sometimes 50 FPS (for example in Caravan)
Issue4: Game occasionally crashes during loading screens. 100% CPU load can be observed and the loading screen is not responding (appears frozen) for a few seconds, after it either recovers or PC freezes.
Note1: this behavior started in PoE1 with the game freezing in the exact same way, especially when loading Kingsmarch.
Note2: this behavior ONLY happens in PoE1&2 and only in loading screens, I couldn't replicate this in any other games and testing software show no faults with the hardware (Furmark, Cinebench, etc).
Suggestion1: Game behavior should be analyzed on various system configuration and identified the causes for low performance. I have the impression the CPU isn't fully utilized in this game. (except loading screens, where the opposite applies)
Suggestion2: Make the process of loading assets less taxing on the CPU (maybe throttle is to 80% or so) to avoid absolute full load on CPUs.

3. Campaign is way too long
Issue1: It takes too many hours just to finish the campaign, putting new players off and often abandoning before reaching the actual end game where the fun begins, making many quit in the process.
Issue2: Found Waypoints are not available to subsequent new characters like in PoE1, making leveling new characters even more frustrating. Leveling new characters to Maps should be a formality and should be quick, no point in forcing yet another many hours of pointlessly grinding through the campaign, especially with bigger areas now and no effective travel skills compared to PoE1.
Suggestion1: Remove the Cruel difficulty. The campaign is already long enough with the 3 acts. Adjust area levels and mob difficulty to reach the same level when finishing Act3.
Suggestion2: Make found WPs available to all characters per acount.

4. Traveling on a finished and revealed map
Issue: It's highly frustrating traveling on a big layout map once you've finished and revealed all the layout. It feels bad to walk across the entire map to hunt down the remaining rare mobs, especially with how the movement being slower, compared to PoE1.
Suggestion1: Offer quick-travel points that can jump you to different points on the map once you've encountered them, just like in the campaign, at least one for each "corner" of the map, maybe one or two in the center as well.
Suggestion2: Slightly reduce the areas but keep the same number of mobs. It feels really unnecessary for the maps to be this big. Walking so much isn't a pleasant activity in such a game.

5. Remnants are slow to pick up
Issue: When using Grim Remnants skill, I sometimes have to walk back to collect them because they don't instantly spawn and get collects, as I feel they should. This makes the experience of using such skill frustrating.
Suggestion: Make spawning the remnants instant and get collected instantly when moving away, just like with Gold.

6. DPS tooltips missing from the bottom-right corner when hovering
Issue: it's unnecessary to have to open the Skills Panel just to check your DPS
Suggestion: Implement the same DPS tooltips like in PoE1.

7. HP/ ES not updating with Demon Form
Issue: When transformed with Infernalist, the Life & ES values don't update on the bottom-left globe when changing gear or assigning passive points that would affect these values. The values do update on the Character panel.
Suggestion: This is clearly a bug and just needs to be fixed in the obvious way by displaying the updated values on the globe too.

8. WASD movement refining
Issue: This is a big one and it affects other skills' functionality, like Blink (explained next). The WASD movement only works in an 8 axis from what I can tell, and the changing from one direction to another is INSTANT.
Suggestion: Add a turning time from one axis to another, ideally configurable in Settings (maybe from 0.1s to 1s), to make the character move more naturally and not instantly snap from one axis to another.

9. Blink skill feels horrible to use
Issue: Blink skill is limited to traveling in a straight or diagonal line while moving, just like WASD movement works. This often leads to situations where you're near a wall and using the skill hits the wall, even though your mouse isn't pointed in that direction. And because it puts it on cooldown, this can get you killed when surrounded by mobs, especially at boss fights.
Suggestion: The skill needs refinement, it should teleport you to the position of your mouse, just like when using it while standing still. Pretty sure this is a bug and NOT the intended design, I hope.

10. Dodge roll feels bad overall
Issue: Not having a cooldown makes it too tempting to use it all the time, and because of the movement speed penalty at the end of animation, it makes it feel so bad to use. It also makes it feel not rewarding enough, everyone is using it continuously during boss fights just to avoid the fight mechanics.
Suggestion: Add a cooldown (let's say 3 seconds) and remove the movement speed penalty after rolling. This would make it feel more impacting and rewarding in boss fights and actually imply decision making for when to use it or not.

11. Clicking objects on the ground or hideout benches/vendors doesn't automatically move your character to them in WASD mode.

Issue: It's very awkward to click on objects you can interact with (NPCs, benches, chests, etc) in WASD mode without your character actually moving to them, unless you move your character by WASD near enough.
Suggestion1: Make the character move on its own without WASD input when clicking objects you can interact with.
Suggestion2: Big QoL! - give the ability to bind "Move Only" to left-click mouse, for example (just like in PoE1)

12. Support gems from bult-in skills like Demon Form, Summon Infernal Hound, etc, are destroyed (lost) when respec-ing.
Issue: This is obviously a big bug and hopefully not the intended mechanic and the support gems should be returned to your inventory when respec-ing.

13: Default filter font size (for items not influenced by the filter)
Issue: The default font size of the filter is WAY TOO BIG. This is especially frustrating on bigger monitors with higher resolution, where it could be 2-3 times smaller and it would declutter the screen when a lot of loot is on the ground.
Suggestion: Provide the ability to set the default Font Size in Settings for all unfiltered loot (except for the loot overwritten by the loot filter with "Show" arguments)

14. Extra content should be permanently displayed with icons on the minimap
Issue1: it happens very often to forget where those Rituals, Breach or whatever content was on a map, even when you've fully revealed it and you're keeping that content to run after finishing the map Boss or Rares.
Issue2: Sometimes you can actually forget you had that extra content on your map after moving away from it and thus missing out.
Suggestion1: All extra content should get a permanent map icon once discovered.
Suggestion2: QoL - list all the extra content present on that map below the status of the map in the upper right corner as Finished or not.
