Acrobatics Requirements

Hi I’m new in the game so this is the question…
I’m trying to allocate 1 point to the acrobatics passive and is showing that I don’t have the requirements What are the requirements? I’m a 62lv Ranger with full Evasion build and a lot of evasion on my passive tree and nothing! Are you using any weapon specialization points to travel to Acrobatics and try to use a regular skill point, or one from the other weapon specialization to allocate Acrobatics?
