Item disappeared

I am not sure to know what is the procedure

I just cancelled a transaction for the item hand of wisdom and the item did not came back to my inventory...just got a 1 empty violet square
I disconnected and relog but still nothing
item gone...it is worth 4 divine orb

Anyway great job for this game it is very nice
