D4 math problem with map drops!

I have now been stuck on tier 13 maps for a very long time.

I have completed a lot of t11 - t12 maps and a few t13 maps. I have fully juiced and corrupted t11 and t12 maps. Completed maps award very few low-level maps. Not even on the same level ... almost never a higher level.

I have a t15 which I can't run because I will just die immediately.

The last map gave me 1x t7 and 1x t8.

Feels like GGG consulted Blizzard on this math.

IS THIS A JOKE?! NOT EVEN 1 map on the same level as completed map?!
