Died before i could loot the sun clan relic in cruel now it never drops

I was killing mobs and the sun clan relic dropped. I died before i could loot it. When i respawned i killed things on the map and the kabala clan relic dropped. the sun clan never did drop again and my quest says find a use for the relic as if i have both in my inventory.. How can i get this and the permanent buff

та же проблемма, 7 раз еще локу зачистил, не падает больше(
