Crazy slow support responses
My main account has been locked for 3+ weeks now after getting hacked I also had 150€ stolen from me via EA key purchases. I have yet to hear anything from support. This is absolutely crazy. I got my account resecured but still have not gotten a response to me asking to have the account unlocked. How slow is the support that something as important as literally not being able to play and having money stolen takes over 3 weeks to respond to?!

i have contacted support 3 times now in a month and i have not gotten a single reply. i am starting to wonder if the support email is monitored or if it is just there for show.
