Need GGG technical support, my account was modified by mistake!! 8days!!!

Hello, I hope you can see it.

It's been a week and I've sent more than 10 emails, when will my account issue be resolved? Or, when you can hire someone to solve this problem, we don't need to reply mechanically, we don't need copy-and-paste responses

Recently I learned that many POE2 users have been stolen accounts, and stolen equipment, so I browsed the forums, players said that timely modification of accounts and passwords can prevent this kind of theft problems.

So I logged on to my POE official website, modified the account number and password operation, from the original login email, called“A-mail” modified to my new designated “B-mail”, but has not been received to modify the mailbox verification mail.

And then about an hour or so, received the mail, your account POE account has been modified to a new“C-mail”(this mail is not what I specified), perhaps, I made a mistake and under-typed a digit,

However, I didn't have a bit of Confirm jump link.

Then, I tried to log in by B-mail account and the original A-mail account, the result showed that these account didn't exist. I tried to use the C-mail (that is, the wrong stranger's mail account) to log in, it needs to be mail-unlocked, which means that indeed the account's login mailbox has been somehow changed to C-mail.

That means, the official website changes the mailbox directly skipping the mailbox verification directly to change the success, which is very dangerous!

Now, I can't even change my account back now, I can only use my XBOX to log in to the official website, but I can't change my e-mail address! Please help me to solve this problem!

I have sent an email to support@grindinggear.com through the original A mailbox, I hope it can be solved as soon as possible, and I hope the staff can see it.
