Got nothing from PS5 supporter pack

I have emailed 3 times now about this so I'm going to bring it here and hope it can get resolved.
So initially I got an early access key for PoE2 from my messages here and downloaded it on my Playstation 5 and have spent a few hundred hours in the game. Since I am having so much fun at the end of December I decided to use some money I got for Christmas and buy the lord of ogham supporter pack of the game. Once the purchase was complete it then downloaded a new playstation app for the game and I got nothing else. No coins, no access keys, no cosmetics no nothing. Can you please try opening your in-game shop to see if this helps to refresh your account's entitlements?
If this doesn't help, it may also help to load up the Path of Exile 1 client on your PlayStation and try logging into the game and checking the in-game shop using the Path of Exile 1 client to see if this can refresh your account's entitlements. If you still aren't seeing your purchase then I'm afraid this isn't something we are able to help with over the forums so we ask that you contact our team at support@grindinggear.com and provide your Path of Exile account name as well as the four-digit discriminator and the names of a couple of your characters so that we can look into things further with you. | |

So I've opened the in game shop multiple times to see if it kind of resolved itself. I'm starting to download poe1 now so when I wake up in the morning I'll be hoping on there to see if that helps. If not I'll email support again. Thank you
