Guild stash tabs from PoE1

Hello,
I want to discuss and may be suggest an idea what to do with a guild.

I get that you cant copy or move poe1 guild to poe2, it's fine.
But I've heard if devs could do a transfer they would, but it's too complicated. I get it also.

What if guild leader inside his account on a site could link his Poe1 and Poe2 guild, so Poe2 guilds just receive same amount of guild coins? There no need to copy anything related to "code" etc.

Just get a value spent on guild1 and make guild2 receive that amount. Like in my account I have full history of coins that guild1 had. Is it fair enough? Is it easy enough?
