Still waiting on Support to merge my accounts

Emailed support on the 08/12/24, got the generic we may be able to assist with this message on the 18/12/24, I responded less than 5 hours later. I then got a follow up email on 06/01/24 stating they could do the account merge and asking me to confirm it is what I wanted. Again I responded within 5 hours. I've had no reply or actions done to my account. it has been a full working week. GGG please sort out the support situation. I understand there are lots of people that have been requesting assistance since the game launched as I am one of them. I've waited patently however it is now becoming a joke.

I've been waiting since mid December with the same issue as well. I did get one reply though where I was asked for information that was already provided in the first email I sent.
