pathofexile.com only shows PoE1 character and subscribed PoE 2 item filters don't work

Hey,

I haven't really played PoE1 but my character is shown in the upper-left corner on this website. When clicking "SWITCH CHARACTER" I can't select my PoE2 characters.

I bought PoE 2 early access on Steam. When I click my account name it shows one (but only one) of my PoE2 characters, but I can't select it. When I "Manage accounts" I can see that my Steam account is linked there.

Main problem here is that I subscribed to Neversink's item filters but they don't show up ingame.

What is wrong here?

Different problem but same thing for me.
Different cause i play on console and when i try to direct whisper on my Phone or Laptop it says my account must be in game and it is. I don't get it
It says i didn't buy the EA and there is the billing on my account proving i did.
It only shows PoE 1 chars same as you, and sometimes f*cks up Trade only showing poe 1.
Ofc support doesn't answer, and i can still buy the game as if I did not LOL, this i can do yeah...
