Shattering palm support gems bugs

Shattering palm is unarmed cold melee skill, that covers enemies in shards of ice, which explode when enemies take enough damage.

That beeing said, this skill doesnt work with these support gems:

- Cold penetration. This support gem should work for any skill that hits, but on shattering palm advanced tooltip added penetration isnt reflected. In fact, when i slot this gem, the cold penetration that i have without the gem completely disappears from tooltip, making me belive that it instead removes all cold penetration from skill.

- Glaciation. This gem should add 50% more freeze buildup, but it isnt reflected in advanced tooltip for both hit and explosion.

- Momentum. This gem should add 40% more damage to hit and explosions when beeing used on enemy thats more than 2m away. It seems to work only for the hit and not for the exposion. Based on the support gem description, it should also work with explosions.
