xbo-x-graphics/greyed blurry screen

I have tried all the fixes people post to prevent the blurriness but nothing works. It has gotten so bad lately the game is unplayabble, i cant even make out the text for items with no loot filter its even worse. I have barely ran a map in the last couple days because i jusy end up dieing because the scren is so blurry i cant make nthing out on the ground. The lagg can get pretty bad depending on effects but the grey blurriness is always no matter if the game is running smooth or not. I feel stuck atm, with loosing xp waystones and all the mods on death, the last 2-3 days i have lost more xp than gained and now i log on and jsuyt stand around waiting to see if the screen will be clear and if it is hope like hell that it stays that way at leaqst until the map is complete.

I'm not getting blurry, I'm getting large white squares sometimes 5 or more on the screen where it just can't load the background there.

They don't stay long a few seconds but the flickering is really distracting and could even cause someone with epilepsy to have a problem.

The Utzuul map has terrible flickering-seizure graphics noiw and then on xbox x. Lately it hasn't done it though.

Ziggurat Camp water texture in background is just a blurry smear sometimes. Textures don't load on armor etc in that Camp too.
