THE POINTS I PURCHASED ON PLAYSTATION AND STEAM WERE NOT UPLOADED

I bought an early access package via Steam and I can't see the 300 points in my playstation account. Likewise, none of the points I bought via playstation appear in any of my accounts. It's been 1 month and I still can't get a response.

This is intended, as it is not possible to access purchases made on PlayStation on other platforms, nor is it possible to access purchases made outside of PlayStation while playing on PlayStation. I'm sorry for any confusion this may have caused!

I understand but right now the purchase I made via Steam does not appear in my account when I open the game via Steam. The same problem applies to my PlayStation account, the purchase I made does not appear in my account. Right now I can only see the purchase I made via Steam on Poe's website but I can't access it either :)
