Aftershock chance on the slam skills

It is not clear how chance of a Aftershock calculated on the slam skills of the titan class.
I put all the passives and support gems in "Sunder" and it should be 93%, but shows only 45% in the skill description. Using "Sunder" with "Aftershock" 25% + "Tremors" 30% is already 55%, but count "Aftershock" 25% + "Earthbreaker" 20% (ascendancy)- 45% In same time "Tremors" is dealing additional Aftershock waves. Two more passives are "Spit the earth" +10% and "Mace aftershock chance" +8%. It doesn't count either. I thought maybe the number wasn't displayed correctly, but no, the skill doesn't work at 93%, but just at 45%. I don't understand how it works((( What's the catch? I really hope they don't fix tremors triggering other chances. It actually makes rolling slam viable for bosses, as long as they're "stay in one place" kind of bosses.
