I used Nexon's KK to recharge on your official website. It shows that the recharge has been completed, but the money hasn't arrived in my account yet. Could you please check it? I sent an email to you more than half a month ago, but there has been no reply!

And I haven't created a character yet.I purchased the game qualification and recharged 30 dollars. I used the KK card for support.
