Lightning totem + Elemental Conflux 220k DPS per totem

My gear is nothing crazy:

Most important piece is Hand of wisdom to add lightning damage to totem.

Stack as much int as possible to increase totem lightning damage

Have enough str to dual wield 2 1 hand mace with +5 melee skill and 90% + elemental damage for attacks. Both weapons need socket with 30% elemental damage increase for attacks.

Physical dps totem can not utilize these elemental increase dps but when you add so much lightning damage to your totem, you can actually use them.

You also want some jewels with lightning + elemental damage + lightning penetration.
