Unable to access POE2

Hello,
I've recently reedemed POE 2 in EPIC GAMES STORE and linked my new POE 2 account. However, after installing it on my pc, I get the error message that I don't have access to POE2 EArly Access redeem and early access key on our website or purchase access now. I've just redeemed a key with early access and still not working, any solutions? Is it because I have now 2 POE accounts, from POE1 and POE 2. Can you please try opening the in-game shop via the Path of Exile 1 Epic Games client to see if this helps to refresh your account's Epic Store entitlements to grant your Path of Exile account the access?

I no longer know the log for that old account, not sure how I can recover them actually.
I was given a key by a friend, he got 3 additional keys. Are those keys suppose to have early access by their own? Let me know if they don't then it is explained. BEst, Skulk88 |
