Early Morning Lag

Is it just me, or does the game seem to get erroneously laggy between 2am and 8am PST?

For context, my internet is good, connected directly to my router. Graphics are adjusted properly and don't negatively impact gameplay at other times so no reason to assume its a problem only during the morning.

Its particularly frustrating when running maps, because the game freezing for even 1 or 2 seconds can mean death. Especially when running T7 and above on nodes where mobs are spitting poison or doing bleed, have buffed attack speed, etc. Then you lose all the progress on that node, not to mention any buffs from Towers.

Lag seems to be even more game breaking when running with friends. Very frequently myself or other members of the squad will crash. Even a domino effect one after the other. Which, again, is more frustrating during Endgame where freezing or crashing can often mean lost progress on the Map you were running as well as Exp if you died.
