If you could delete one of endgame mechanics to make game better, what would it be?

For example. You can delete XP penalty but map content disappears. Or you can keep content but you still loose XP and Waystone.

Its not just for discussion. It is obvious that devs won't change every annoying mechanics but seem to be willing to consider changing parts of it.
