Accidentaly entered cruel after finishing campaign on Cruel difficulty and now cannot access endgame

I travelled back to Act 3 Normal after defeating Doryani on Cruel difficulty and accidentaly clicked on gateway, which sent me back to Riverbank. There was no active Waypoint I could use so I killed Miller and travelled to my hideout from Clearfell Encampment. I recieved no quests and even NPCs in town had no quest marks. When I tried to open a map via map device in my hideout the game told me that I cannot access endgame content until I finish campaign. My character is lvl 67 Witch and I have no intentions of playing the whole campaign all over again. Is there any soulitou please?

EDIT: Looks like restarting game and using map device in Ziggurat Refugee solved this problem.

Join a public game (if you can and teleport to another play in the zone you want)

I think once you get to a waypoint you should be able to access Normal Act 3
