Please fix Rolling Slam attack speed penalty

Please fix rolling slam attack speed, theres no reason to make warrior that slow even with atk speed passives and items if their damage are not higher than other classes.

I just played with a monk and their damage are significantly better in all aspects, single target, AOE, mobility, atk speed, everything.... whats the point playing with a mace?
