disappearing tower tablets

i have cleared a tower and put a tablet in it, i did two maps, and than the game crashed on me, when i restarted the game my tower was empty again and the tablet was gone, not in my inventory. nowhere to be found?

i cant change a tablet in a tower aswell,

anybode know what to do?
