300points issue

Hi,
I bought the game path of exile 2 and did not receive 300 points, I had a problem with linking my steam account because I already had another account linked to me - probably the problem occurred somewhere there. Can I ask for help in this matter. Last bumped on Jan 14, 2025, 6:32:18 AM

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com if you haven't already so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
Please note that if you've simply redeemed an early access key, this would not come with any points. You'd need to have purchased the Early Access Pack from our shop to receive the 300 points it includes. I hope this helps! |
