yet again...ascendancy ...

Finished 4th trial and finished the quest...but i didnt get the last 2 points!!...another build down the drain? Will you acknowledge this problem or sweep it under the rug like you did couple weeks ago when my first char did similar and lost 4 ascendancy points?
