My account from the first game won’t link so I can’t trade

My character says hierophant but I don’t play the first game anymore. I’m trying to trade and I think this issue is somehow getting in the way. There’s no options on my account to switch from the first to the second game either. Any advice?

Please note that currently, Path of Exile 2 characters do not show on the website.
If you're logging in using the same credentials you use to play, and you are still experiencing issues using the trade website, can you please contact us via email at support@grindinggear.com and include a screenshot of any error message you are seeing, so that we can look into things with you? Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a couple of your characters. |
