PLEASE give us OPTIONAL Bosses on EVERY MAP. Also give us Boss Mode content

Bosses are largely considered the very best part of the game so it makes no sense to me that they end up being less than 0.1% of the gameplay experience. Making Optional bosses on Every Single map would resolve a lot of these issues. There could be a beacon of some sorts or a Waypoint.... that signifies.... ''oh, this is an optional boss arena.''. And people would LOVE it. Those talented developers spend so much time creating amazing bosses and those battles are often reduced to 10 second experiences in the hands of an overpowered character. That is just a shame.


Additional suggestions:

For these optional bosses: More HP, less damage (minimize one shot situations), some type of damage mitigation on a sliding scale vs the most OP builds and allow people to engage with the boss mechanics for at least 25 seconds. Preferably IMO.... at least 1 minute boss battles. For me personally the best experiences I have had were in act 1-3 during moments where my self found character had mediocre weapons and it took 3 minutes to kill certain bosses and it was so much fun from start to finish. learning those boss mechanics and having a blast all the way through. And yes... dying and learning was part of the fun.



BOSS Rush mode: It's not really a boss rush but this name might garner some attention. Basically you find coins similar to Djinn Baryas and you turn them in to an NPC where you get sent to a strange land and face 2-3 bosses in a row from your past. Perhaps this is a dream world? Anyway within this dreamscape you face more powerful versions of these past bosses and you engage in meaningful retuned boss encounters. You get 3 lives (maybe more?) and the more lives you have remaining the better your rewards.

Imagine: Act 1 boss Geonor... With faster reflexes and retuned abilities. So those first stage ice strikes that are easy to dodge become faster and larger. And during the 2nd stage maybe instead of 4 cycles of ice blasts raining from the sky... they are a little larger and there are progressively more as his HP drops. 6 cycles... 8.... etc. And the later cycles could create a few spots on the ground that leave permanent Frost. There is a lot more imo too that can be done to retune and enhance these bosses.

Rewards: One of the rewards could be the boss's heads... as something you can mount and put into your hideout as a decoration. Turn the boss heads into statues or taxidermy.
