Ok GGG lets make SOME people happy in the mean time of waiting on patches and get us OUR MTX from PoE1? its been long enough yo!

They literally addressed that in the interview. It's being worked on. It's not trivial. Each individual MTX requires not insignificant investment into updated to work in 2. If it was just a switch to flip on it would have already been on. It'll come when it comes, but gameplay is their priority over MTX as it should be. It will all be in place before the 1.0 release, until then just gotta wait.
