[Bug] Trial of Chaos with Heart Tethers unable to use Shield Charge

If you choose Heart Tethers in Trial of Chaos as your modifier you are unable to use Shield Charge.

I was able to fix the bug by switching my weapon sets manually until a Heart spawns, then its broken again.

I usually run a automatic weapon switch for Shield Charge 1H Mace + Shield and rest of my skills the 2H Mace.

My Shield Charge setup is Stomping Ground, Overpower, Rage.
