Waiting for customer service from the 29th of December to migrate my characters from SSF to Standard

Title.

I am not playing the game for this reason and I would like to.

It's been since the 29th of December that I am trying to solve this problem. One customer service assistant asked for my discriminator and some of my characters around 5 days ago but as of today, still nothing, the characters are still not migrated.

I really want to play the game but I really find SSF unfunny at the moment.

Please GGG answer the emails...

Imagine how far you'd gotten if you just started a second character while waiting.

I don't think there's even anything they can do. Migrations from SSF are just disabled completely currently, and they'll enable it again as soon as they can. Your option is to wait for an unknown date for that patch, keep going in SSF, or reroll. Unfortunate for sure.

They asked for my discriminator and characters names and said that they'll be able to help.

So I guess they'll manually migrate them.
