Item rarity possible solution to a "problem"

Some poeple hate the statt on items, some love. GGG wants it, but seems to not be so sure about it.

My solution would be: Take it off the items
Make runes that give item rarity

When I missread what the problem here is, you can just ignore everthing that I wrote.
