Expand functionality of blue swirly button to request portals and notify when new portal is placed

It gets annoying over time to constantly send messages or say over voice that I need a new portal for maps, there is no way to know if when I go into a map if I'm going to be stranded in africa so you need to say it every time.

It would be vastly more convenient if while in a hideout pressing the blue swirly button on a party portrait would display a little notification on your party frame that you need a portal, and would automatically go away when someone makes one as well as some form of visual feedback to the requesting player that a new portal has been made.
