Eldritch Battery, Chaos Inoculation with Omen of Resurgence.

I had an activated Omen of Resurgence on my stormweaver with talents in EB and CI, when I died my omen didn't trigger and put me to full health/mana and es. Feels like it's supposed to work even with that skillpoint setup?

You cannot reach Low Life when you have Chaos Inoculation, because your Life is either 1 or 0. When it's 0, you're already dead. It doesn't revive you.
