Unable to access POE2

Hello guys,
I got a key for POE2 for EPIC GAMES, yet is not working, it says my account doesn't have access to EA. Is it supose to grant EA or not??? Sent email to the support but no asnwer, is it possible that my POE1 account is messing up with the access? Let me know Last bumped on Jan 14, 2025, 12:52:45 PM

It sounds like you may have only redeemed an Epic Client Key instead of an Early Access Key. The Epic Client Key is solely to grant your account the Path of Exile 2 client in the Epic library, and does not grant access to the early access in and of itself.
You would need to apply a PC Early Access Key to your account to gain access. You redeem these here and after doing so you can obtain your own Steam and Epic Client Keys from your early access page. The Steam and Epic Client Keys are not supposed to be given away, which is indicated by the warning accompanying them on your early access page stating that they should not be given away. You may want to check with whomever you got the key from to see if they perhaps gave you the wrong key! | |

What's the point of having a key for EPiC client only? it allows you downloading the game but no access? :\
Or if you are already playing the game in another platform, why would you want to have it in anothe platform. Not sure of the point of this guys that are offered. But thank you for you reply, I believe I will stop loosing time trying it. Best, Skulk88 |

The client key is there to be able to unlock the game client in that library. If your account has PC access to the Path of Exile 2 early access, you can play using either Steam, Epic, or via the stand-alone client. You would need access to the client you choose to play using, so the Epic and Steam Client Keys allow you to obtain the respective client. Alternately you can play using the stand-alone client. I hope this clarifies things for you!
