Mercenary - crossbow movement speed changes between shooting and reloading

Something about using a crossbow always felt weird, it affected the enjoyment of the playstyle compared to others.

The movement change, especially on skills that ave small magazine happen every 1-2 seconds, during this time character starts slowing down while shooting and speeding up while reloading. It gives me motion sickness and makes the over all feel of the play much worse.
