None of the important feedback getting passed along - Still wasted mechanics and drops

For some reason, despite the enourmous amounts of feedback and complaints about it, and multiple instances of GGG themsleves complaining about items treated as duds, you still haven't done the most simplest of fixes!

1) There are more "Does X for other item" or "adds X% of other item"(eg widowhail) in PoE2, and yet for some reason, none of them say "if magic item".
Come on! Set these items to affect only blues. It will help consolidate meta by making them niche stat stackers and give value to a plethora of blues to be used for stacking stats, resistances and even magic find.

2) The currency drops need to be balanced.
If a currency that adds 1 random suffix has the same worth as an an item that already has all the suffixes you want.....then it just makes the item currency only and anything that isn't currency a dud!
You need to much further rebalance currency, so ones like exalt and chaos are the easier to find ones, and ones that effect quality and base rolls are the harder to get higher worth ones.
The game is only half-way there in this regard.
Rename armour and weapon shards to enchanting stones and make a pretty graphics for reward feel if needed.

3) Make currency more accessible in the currency trader.
Making the currencies used for crafting more accessible in the currency trader will no only make the currency trader more prominent, it will also encourage and make minor crafting to picked up items easier as an option.
Firstly, there should be a 'house price'. This means that if there are no people trading a currency, that a 'slightly exorbitant' house price will be available to trade the currency.
This will allow for people to farm, with assurance that they will be able to (albiet at a ridiculous price) for a needed currency despite whatever drops or trade occurs.
More importantly, it will set a 'range' for currency values, because if a currency tips too far in one direction, then everyone would 'trade to the house' and causing the excess currency from the imbalance to 'disappear'.

Regardless of your own opinion, I am sure if you read it, and think about it, you would atleast see the sense in what I am saying.
