Quality doesn't work on max life percentage amulet

Xoph Blood amulet has increased max life mod. But if I add catalyst that increases life mods, it doesn't increase this amulet when equipping.

Soul Core of Jiquani (2% Max Life) Not Working on Corrupted Unique Armour as well. Verified on multiple corrupted unique items (chest, helmet, and gloves). Only works on regular items I have that aren't unique (not corrupted). The value barely goes up 10-20 but on non-corrupted I'm getting 100-200+ hp per slot.
