[FEATURE REQUEST] Party finder improvements.

I would like to request the following features.

For hosting:

1. Allow us to set level diapason [From - To] so we can at least control the level of the players joining.

2. Allow the join of the 6th person without invite.

For joining:

1. Allow us to filter for LOOT criteria.

2. Make "endgame" party rooms visible from HO.
