The Sacred Flame Shrine Sceptre don't work.

I've mentioned it elsewhere before, but I think it was the wrong place, so I'm reposting it here, p.

I speak about that unique Sceptre https://www.poe2wiki.net/wiki/Sacred_Flame who doesn't work properly.


A property of the item says: "Enemies in your Presence Resist Elemental Damage based on their Lowest Resistance"

But when I am equipped with the speter and I apply a debuff on an elemental resistance (curse or other sources, it doesn't matter), the other resistances do not scale on the lowest resistance contrary to what the description says.

Not at all.

How do I know this? Thanks to the UI icons of the mobs' life bar who indicate the resistances, and to the fact that my elemental damage sources do not show any increase. Test it, and you will see it.

I built an entire build around it, and was pretty sad to see it didn't work XD. Hoping for a future fix.
