How long does it take for GGG to respond to a username change request?

Hello, I've sent a username change request to support@grindinggear.com and I haven't gotten a reply in over 5 days now. How long does support usually take to respond to these types of emails? I just wish there was a way to just change your username using the website.

It will take around a month for 1 reply. It has been 24 days and still no reply for me. As you can see the GGG customer service is very bad.
