Missing coins

hello, I bought 2 x 100 coins in the game, January 1 and January 4, so far no contact from you... I wrote several times, I bought the game on PS5 and there is still a problem because I have been waiting for 2 weeks, you are still bragging about how you are improving the game and you can't solve the problem of my payment, I respect your studio but don't exaggerate for an ordinary player

Can you please try opening your in-game shop to see if this helps to refresh your account's entitlements?
If this doesn't help, it may also help to load up the Path of Exile 1 client on your PlayStation and try logging into the game and checking the in-game shop using the Path of Exile 1 client to see if this can refresh your account's entitlements. If you still aren't seeing your purchase then I'm afraid this isn't something we are able to help with over the forums so we ask that you contact our team at support@grindinggear.com and provide your Path of Exile account name as well as the four-digit discriminator and the names of a couple of your characters so that we can look into things further with you. | |

I installed poe 1, still nothing, I sent it to support@grindinggear.com again, together with the payment from PlayStation, does anyone reply there at all?
