King of the Faridun Supporter Pack - No rewards and points on Xbox

I purchased the King of the Faridun Supporter Pack on the Xbox store; I have had access to early access since day one, and on the site, I have the title, profile picture, and 1000 points awarded.
If I enter POE1 (Xbox version), I also have access to pets and additional skins.
If I enter POE2 (always on Xbox), however, I have nothing.
